Existing confirmed stays are honoured unless you request otherwise. If a sale progresses, we immediately pause future availability and prepare the home for handover in alignment with your completion time.

Yes. Custodianship is designed to be flexible. You may pause or conclude with notice as outlined in our agreement. There are no long term tie-ins beyond the agreed term.
