I began my conventional journey into property in 2021 as a lettings agent for a large corporate company. There, I operated solely in a region spanning both Mid Wales and the Herefordshire borders, transacting a large portion of homes to let on a monthly basis until my final role and departure as Sales and Lettings Manager for the same region.

Although, my adoration for homes of artistry began as a child. Within a rustic and ancient farmhouse solitude on an often sodden hillside. There, I learned that some homes hold stories. And that these homes should be understood for more than simply a residence to live. 

 

I took note while occupying the commercialised space as an agent - that the same understanding and representation homes deserve is rarely appreciated, much less considered, within this industry.
